📝 House of Maine Coons– Policies

 🔹 Deposit Policy
A 750 non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve a kitten. Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price of your kitten. Reservations are made on a first‑come, first‑served basis.

🔹 Pricing

 Our Maine Coon kittens typically range from $2,800 – $4,500 

🔹 📍 Location
House of Maine Coons LLC is proudly based in Texas, just outside of Houston.

✈️ We welcome local pickups by appointment or can assist with safe delivery and travel arrangements for families across the U.S.

🔹 Payment Policy
The remaining balance is due at the time of pickup or prior to shipping. We accept cash, card, wire, and approved financing partners (coming soon).

🔹 Pickup & Delivery
Our kittens are typically ready for their forever homes between 12–16 weeks of age once they are fully vet‑cleared and have received age‑appropriate vaccinations. We offer in‑person pickup and delivery options (delivery costs are the buyer’s responsibility).

🔹 Refunds & Cancellations
Deposits are non‑refundable. Once a kitten leaves our care, we do not offer refunds, but every kitten comes with a written health guarantee and purchase contract to protect both buyer and breeder.

🔹 Health Guarantee
All kittens are vet‑checked, vaccinated, and come with a genetic health guarantee. Buyers will receive full vet records and copies of all testing for parent cats.

All kittens come with:

• Vet cleared
• Up-to-date vaccinations and deworming
• A genetic health guarantee for congenital issues (terms outlined in your      purchase contract)

  🔹 Breeding Rights

All kittens are sold as pets only unless breeding rights are explicitly granted in writing and for an additional fee.
